You need to provide a video file in any standard format such as MP4, FLV, MOV, etc.

Can I use a webinar I already have recorded?

Yes you can use a webinar you have already recorded. It needs to be in some standard video format such as MP4, FLV, MOV, etc.

Can I use a teleseminar I already have recorded?

Yes,  change your audio file to a video file such as a mp4 and add a still image graphic (such as the presenter, or whatever else you desire). If you want to have someone do it you can get it done on fiverr.com

Can I record my webinar with your system?

We integrate with YouTube Live or Ustream.tv and they allow you to record your webinar.

How can I create slides for my webinar?

You can create slides for your webinar using any tool you desire. Here are a few options:

How do I record my webinar? Do I need to give it live in order to record it?

No you need not give it live in order to record it. You can record it within our system on Hangouts on Air or could just record the presentation as if you are giving a webinar but no one is attending. To record you can use any free or a paid software. Here are a few options.

What is an automated webinar?

In the past (and with most webinar systems) if you want to offer your attendees a webinar someone must manually be there to make it happen. Automated means that is not the case. You can set up your webinars once and they will run as frequently as you desire for as long as you desire.

Does the automated webinar look live?

It can look as live as you desire.

What is the benefit of looking live?

You turn it into an event that must be consumed at that specific time or missed. In addition, your attendees appreciate it make, it helps you develop relationships and it creates a natural deadline for your attendees to take action.

How do you answer questions of your attendees if the webinar is fully automated?

Most people find after giving a presentation a few times they know the questions that are going to be asked. Therefore they insert those questions into their automated webinar. Plus, most webinars never cover all the questions asked. However if you want to answer your attendees questions you can:

1) Make your Automated Webinar a Hybrid and come on live to answer those questions.

2) Have a live chat and have support staff answering questions in the chat.

Is it unethical to offer automated webinars?

We think everyone has to decide on their own ethics, however, you certainly would not want to lie to your attendees. You need not tell them anything is live, you can just let them experience your webinar. In addition, most see automated and hybrid webinars no different from using cookies, remarketing, auto responders, active campaigns, Personalized Marketing, etc.

Does it need to look live?

You can decide to either make it look live or not.

What is an Automated Hybrid Webinar?

A Hybrid Webinar is part automated and part live. It is great for webinars where the majority of the content is the same each and every time with the exception of a short period of time. For example: you have daily webinar (s) delivering content that is a demo, class, presentation. It is virtually the same daily with unique questions at the end. You can automate that and then at the end take live questions. StealthSeminar will start each presentation automated, then it will email you if someone is on the webinar so you can be there if needed, for the live aspects.

Is StealthSeminar difficult to set up?

StealthSeminar is a sophisticated tool that is capable of almost anything of a webinar nature. Therefore it is complex. We have everything you need to set it up yourself but we suggest you have StealthSeminar Support set up your event for you. Over 99% of our clients never learn StealthSeminar, they simply have us set it up for them. That includes those with technical teams. That is fast, efficient and free.

How is your support?

We have technicians available to help you seven days a week 362 days out of the year. We take three holidays a year; Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Many say our support is of the best online they have ever experienced.

Does the automated webinar look live?

It can look as live as you desire.

Can I charge people to attend my webinars?

Yes, a lot of people use our system to charge people to attend their webinars. You simply charge them via your shopping cart or PayPal account and then either send them to your registration page to register for your webinar or add them manually. There is also an option to add them via an API.

My I localize the language on the webinar pages to my language? Same question for Webinar reminder emails?

We have clients all around the world that use our system with their desired language including: French, Dutch, Finnish, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and more.

You can localize the language to any non-character based alphabet (for instance we cannot offer Chinese).The only two exceptions of that is the date and time of the webinar need to appear in English on the webinar registration page, and our internal interface (what you use to set up events) is in English.

What is your uptime?

That is smart of you to ask. We are the only automated webinar service that shows you our uptime. We have 3rd party uptime verification services here broken up by different areas of our services:

What are your support hours?

Sure, you can host the webinar page to show on your own website/domain using iframes. If you are a current client just ask StealthSeminar Support if you need more information.

Can I put the webinar registration page on my own domain?

Yes. There are a lot of ways to host the registration page on your own website. You can use iframes or our API to send registrants directly from your site to ours. If you are a current client just ask StealthSeminar Support if you need more information.

Can you run my automated webinars every hour? How about every 15 minutes?

Yes, you can run them as frequently as desired.

Can I integrate my autoresponder or CRM system?

Yes so long as your autoresponder or CRM system allows you to place a HTML form on a web page or allows you to use an API.

What happens when I integrate my autoresponder or CRM system with StealthSeminar?

Your attendee registers and StealthSeminar captures the information so they will be allowed to attend the webinar and simultaneously sends the data to your autoresponder or CRM system.

Is my attendee data private?

Absolutely.

What are the plugins you offer and what do they do?

The plugins are optional. They add more functionality to your existing Autoresponder or CRM system to allow you to do more complex integration.

NOTE: With the Get Response plugin (only) when someone is moved to a new list, they are moved off of ALL lists to the new one. Depending on your use of Get Response this could have impact. If you are having people in multiple lists, we recommended you set up a dedicated Get Response account for webinars, or use a different AutoResponder or our builtin reminders. This limitation of being only on one list is ONLY with the Get Response Plugin.

Do you work with SalesForce, Hubspot, SugarCRM, ZohoCRM, etc?

Yes, we work with anything that allows an HTML form to be pasted on an HTML page. At this time we do not have any plugin that is offered for the above systems, but we are always expanding based on the needs of our clients so if you are interested in one let us know. In addition, we also offer optional API access so that is an option for additional communication between StealthSeminar and any other system.

Can I integrate my Leadpages.net or my UnBounce.com account with StealthSeminar?

Yes.

Can I integrate my affiliate account with StealthSeminar?

Yes. We integrate with all standard affiliate programs. If you have a custom built unique system then it would depend on your system. There has only been a few times in all our years we could not integrate with one of those types. If that is your situation, sign up for a risk free account. Then ask StealthSeminar support to set it up for you. Support is free. If it turns out it is impossible to integrate your affiliate account, we close your account and refund your payment in full.

Do you offer an API?

Yes we do offer an optional API. It is complementary with all 300 attendee accounts. You can see our accounts offered here.

Can I add tracking code?

Yes. You can can add any and all codes you desire for tracking conversions, retargeting, etc.

Can I take Webinar Registrations via ManyChat on Facebook?

Yes you may by utilizing ManyChat and Zapier with the StealthSeminar API.

It says you have a free integration set up for CRM and Autoresponders, what does that mean?

Yes we will integrate your autoresponder or CRM with StealthSeminar. We do not write your emails but what we do is create custom fields, insert templated messages and connect it with StealthSeminar so your registrants are put into your autoresponder or CRM automatically. This is included free.

How much is StealthSeminar?

StealthSeminar currently has a special running with a registration and the first thirty days of service for $97.00. The standard rate is $197.00. After that every 30 days is $69.95. That allows you to upload up to 100 unique webinars. Those webinars can be ran an unlimited number of times a month with up to 150 simultaneous attendees on your account at anyone time. If you expect more attendees you can increase the capacity. We offer the following plans.

What other plans do you offer for events larger than 150 simultaneous attendee capacity?

Do I need anything else like AmazonS3? Is there any additional hosting or streaming costs?

No you don’t need anything else. StealthSeminar pays all of the hosting cost for the webinar pages on our system as well as all streaming costs.
